We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days for standard shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
- Sale items are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
