Cancellation Policy

🚫 Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

✅ Unused and unopened
✅ In their original packaging
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase

💰 Refund Terms

Unshipped orders: Full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returned items: Refund processed after inspection. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items: We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

❌ Opened or used products
❌ Perishable goods
❌ Items purchased on final sale
